(Houjie, China) -- As the world and China are recovering its economy, Chinese furniture producers are recovering their confidence in participating in the upcoming 23rd International Famous Furniture Fair (Dongguan) from 16-20 March 2010, encouraged by the uprising furniture export business and buoyant domestic Chinese market. To meet the soaring demand for space by exhibitors, the organizers of the Fair decided to add another temporary building of 20,000 square meters to the showground, making the total number of exhibition halls at ten and gross exhibition space reaching 260, 000 square meters.
Commonly known as 3F, the Fair is widely regarded as the furniture show "representing the best" of furniture products made in China. Holding concurrent with 3F are International Famous Furniture Woodworking and Machinery and Materials Fair and Dongguan Home Accents Fair. The combination of the 3 trade shows touches every essential category in the home furnishings/d¨Ścor marketplace, including bedroom furniture, living room furniture, upholstery, wall d¨Ścor, decorative accessories, lightings, textile as well as woodworking machinery and materials.
With the next show is merely 3 months away, according to Ms. Fang Hui, the Secretary General of Dongguan Famous Furniture Association, the organizer of the Fair, "the responses from Chinese manufacturers are very positive, we are still receiving applications for space." To cope with the demand, the organizers decided to build an additional Hall 10.
